More adults are taking on their fitness than ever before. Marathons, triathlons, biking, swimming and more... But, what does it take to assure that our bodies function at their best as we get older?
There is so much misinformation about diet, training regimens, etc. that it's easy for us to make mistakes and get hurt. Additionally, we have lost the sense of how to listen to our bodies.
In this seminar, you'll get to learn from a professional coach of over 40 years who is still active as an adult athlete. You will learn:
> Cellular-based physiology for energy production
> What we optimally need for fuel, performance and recovery
> Tips on nutrition, hydration, cardio, strength & flexibility
FREE to attend if you pre-register with your rsvp that you are going on this page. Guests welcome.
