Join ARC’s Vegan University for a brand new workshop explaining plant-based nutrition for families! Kelsey, who is certified in plant-based nutrition from T. Colin Campbell's Center for Nutrition Studies, will go through how to maintain a happy, healthy family while on a plant-based diet. We'll discuss what a vegan diet looks like, where to start, how to keep kids healthy at all ages, grocery shopping, example meal plans and more.
