Come join us for a wonderful night of sharing a great, whole food plant-based potluck dinner. We will be discussing quick meal ideas for those busy days and nights.

• What to bring
You may bring your own place setting and utensils to help lessen our impact on the environment. We will still have paper and plastic products available for those who don't bring their own.
Whole food, plant-based recipes (meaning no animal products) without oil are always welcome. If you need ideas as to what to bring, you may contact me, or check out recipes from any number of WFPB websites such as Forks Over Knives, Simple Daily Recipes (on Youtube), Mrsplantsintexas.com, Plant-based Gabriel to name a few.
