Ready to discover a healthier, fitter version of you? Over four sessions, learn practical, affordable strategies to upgrade your health in key areas: the food we eat, how we move, the way we manage stress, and sleep.

You will also learn to create a goal plan and track progress toward greater health in a setting of support and accountability.

This program is led by Certified Health Coach and Empowered Eating Expert Lauren Shafer.
