I'd like to introduce a new activity on our meetup group: a visit to a museum!
And we'll start with The Natural History Museum (Natuurhistorisch Museum) at our lovely Museumpark.
The Natural History Museum of Rotterdam is situated within Villa Dijkzigt, a national monument built in 1852. With a collection of more than 400,000 objects, varying from dried plants to fossilised mammoth remains, the museum is one of the largest natural history museums in the Netherlands.
The museum offers a variety of different exhibitions.
