Come hang out with a friendly bunch of people while chatting over some mouth watering delicious vegan kai (food)!

Everybody is welcome, whether you are already vegan, transitioning, or just open minded and curious. Bring your friends, whānau (family) and work colleagues, whether they're vegan or not. It's always great to show non-vegans how amazing vegan food and company can be - trust me we're not that scary!

People usually arrive any time between 12 - 12.15pm, as some come in their lunch break from work or uni/polytech, and this allows them time to walk there. We usually stick around till about 1pm.

Watson's Eatery is an affordable totally vegan cafe located within Wall Street Mall in Ōtepoti/Dunedin. There are lower priced options from under $10 in the cabinet (like cheese rolls, paninis, salads, wraps, sweet treats), through to yummy menu food around the $20+ range (pad thai, buddha bowl, all day breakfast, laksa and more). All their food is cruelty free (gluten free options too) and absolutely delicious!

Look out for our 'DŌVeS Vegans In Dunedin Meetup' sign on the table. If you ever arrive and it looks like the table is full, just say "Hi" and we'll shuffle the chairs or tables to fit you in.

This event happens on the last Friday of every month. There will be no event in December (the 31st), with the next event being January the 29th.
