You're invited to feel your best!

Join us for a Mindful Yoga Class outdoors that will help you feel renewed and refreshed as you reset yourself with nature and the amazing farmed animal ambassadors at the sanctuary. This class is all levels, modifications will be provided so everyone is welcomed to feel their best. No prior yoga experience is required, just come to feel great and relaxed! After this experience, you will be ready to enjoy, from a place of full awareness, presence, and love, a free light plant-based brunch and explore the sanctuary at your leisure.

More about the mindful yoga class: This class is designed to help soften and reduce any physical tension and stress in your body by balancing the mind-body connection through mindful breathing and movement. There will be gentle stretches, fun movement to challenge our balance and strength, and quiet time. What should I wear? Comfortable athletic clothesShould I eat before the class? You should not eat heavy meals 75 min prior to classWhat should I bring? Bottle of water. Yoga Mat or a towelI’m not flexible/strong. Can I do yoga? Of course, you can! A yoga class teaches us how to become flexible and strong in our body and our mind. Everyone is welcome!

More about Yely Staley: Yely Staley is a Venezuelan born American citizen (fluent in English and Spanish), former yoga studio owner, and certified yoga teacher with E-RYT 500H and YACEP certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Anatomy, and currently she collaborates with Yoga International by writing informative articles and teaching classes online in Spanish. With more than a decade of experience in yoga and meditation, she decided to leave behind her profession as a lawyer and follow the desire of her heart by launching her online yoga business to share and teach others how yoga helps immensely to reduce anxiety by living more in the present moment. Yely teaches in English and Spanish and brings a unique combination to her yoga classes and events as she focuses on “Mindfulness & Alignment Based Vinyasa Yoga”. Yely's mission in life is to help others to live more confidently, joyfully and mindfully through the practices of Yoga and Meditation to create a conscious and harmonious lifestyle.
