with author Barbara Thurmann-Caldero and Children's Librarian Amber Tortorelli. See bios below:

Barbara lives in New Jersey with her husband, two daughters, and dog, Benjamin Franklin. In addition to being an animal activist and the author of the young adult book "Innocent Beings," children’s picture book "Rudy: Pigs Don’t Want to be Bacon," and chapter book
"Angie’s Rescue: Pigs CAN Fly," and her latest release "Louise's Secret."
Barbara is a certified teacher and works in Montclair, New Jersey, as an advocate for the deaf and hard of hearing.
Barbara is incredibly passionate about animals and hopes her books will
help encourage children to spread the vegan word.
Amber is a Children's Librarian living in Nazareth, PA. She has a Masters in Library Science with a focus in School Library Media from Rutgers University NJ. She currently works for a public library in NJ has been vegan for at least half a decade and in her free time she enjoys gardening, reading, and kickboxing.
