Join us for vegan pizza and appetizers on Monday, October 21 at the Downtown (309 King St.) Mellow Mushroom! There are tons of vegan options, including gluten free ones. They are also having a special this month! Order a medium Veg Out pizza made with Follow Your Heart™ vegan cheese on any Monday in October for just $10.99!

We will be there from 6-8 so feel free to drop in whenever you can. We can't wait to see you!

PLEASE RSVP BY SUNDAY, OCTOBER 20TH SO WE CAN HAVE A GOOD IDEA OF HOW MANY PEOPLE TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR :) BRING YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY BUT PLEASE INCLUDE THEM IN YOUR RSVP. YOU/THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE VEGAN TO JOIN US BUT WE DO ASK THAT YOU ORDER VEGAN FOR THIS EVENT. (SEE BELOW FOR OUR REASONING.)

Depending on the number of RSVPs we'll do our best to get everyone at one long table.

4:00 and 7:00.

WHY ARE THE EVENTS VEGAN? We welcome and encourage everyone to participate in our events no matter where they may fall in their journey to peaceful eating. However, we ask that all of the food ordered is vegan out of respect for other attendees and for the animals. Essentially, vegan is the lowest common denominator for all participants.

KIDS: This is a baby and kid-friendly event and restaurant.

PARKING: There is street parking at meters or else you can park in the parking garage on the corner of St. Philips and George St.
