Every first Friday of each month, Life is Delicious meets to provide educational programming to the community.  We serve the community with interactive nutrition classes, cooking demonstration, physical fitness platforms and vegan potluck gatherings.  Services are free and open to the public.  Over the years we have developed a huge physicians speakers bureau that shares with our participants the scientific research associated with health-related issues and diet.  We have guest speakers 4-6 times a year.

Our goal is to increase awareness and create a more compassionate and just world for mankind and the animal kingdom.  As a community health education instructor, I desire that all people have the same opportunities to experience a disease-free life and restore the body to optimal health.  Life is Delicious is a place where education can be FUN!
