International Day of Yoga is an event organized by Consulate General of India, New York in Partnership with Friends of Yoga to raise awareness of benefits of Yoga on mental health and celebrate Yoga.

Event is free but we request you to register HERE for the event.

The tentative Program Includes:
Yoga Demonstration by Yoga Expert.
Remarks by Dignitaries and Motivational Speakers.
Different Yoga Sessions/Workshops to be conducted by various Yoga/Meditation Schools and Yoga Teachers (i.e. Isha Foundation, Vihangam, Hasya Yoga, Raja Yoga, Heartfulness, Art of Living, World Vegan Vision, Mallakhamb, etc.)
Special Yoga Sessions for Kids and Seniors
All Day Dance/Musical Festival, Vegetarian/Vegan Food, Eco-friendly Shopping, and many other attractions.

Note: Please note that you will need to bring your own Yoga Mat, Sunglasses, Sunscreen, etc. Check-in at 9:30 am.
