Event Description

Animal lovers of Indiana UNITE for this special event to celebrate kindness toward animals. Bring your friends and family to be part of the largest gathering of animal lovers in our state's history!

Sadly, more animals are unnecessarily harmed in Indiana than almost any other state. From puppy mills, corporate farming and hunting/trapping/fur, to the extensive use of animals for laboratory research. But underneath it all, voices of kindness are growing in number and volume. This march/rally is an opportunity for us to come together and make a statement that animals should never be harmed for human purposes.

Speakers include:

Kristina J. Addington - Owner - V-Grits Food Co. Louisville, KY

Jenny Brown - Animal Rights Speaker/Author/Activist; Founder - Woodstock Farm Sanctuary

Michael Budkie - Executive Director - Stop Animal Exploitation Now

Rama Ganesan - Organizer - Vegan Michiana

Robert Grillo - Founder and Director - Free From Harm

Jesse Kharbanda - Executive Director - Hoosier Environmental Council

Carrie LeBlanc, M.A. - Executive Director - CompassionWorks International

Michelle and Mark Pruitt - Founders - Upland's PEAK Sanctuary

Kate and Andrew Yundt - Co-founders - Kanda Farm Sanctuary

We will be announcing more speakers and events for the day in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!
