Every year, more than 70 billion animals are farmed for food. Around two-thirds live on factory farms where they’re unable to move freely or live naturally. Not only that but by 2050, livestock production will be twice what it was in 2000. How we farm today isn’t sustainable and change is necessary. We need to rethink farming and work towards a better system where animals are treated fairly and properly cared for.

Join World Animal Protection US for an exciting webinar on how we’re working to end factory farming. Come and meet our campaigns team, learn about our Farming and Meat Reduction campaigns, and learn about how you can help farmed animals today. There will also be an opportunity for questions at the end of the webinar.

About World Animal Protection
World Animal Protection has moved the world to protect animals for more than 50 years. World Animal Protection works to improve the lives of animals. The organization's activities include working with companies to ensure high standards of welfare for the animals in their care; working with governments and other stakeholders to prevent wild animals being cruelly traded, trapped, or killed; and saving the lives of animals and the livelihoods of the people who depend on them in disaster situations.

World Animal Protection influences decision-makers to put animal welfare on the global agenda and inspires people to change animals' lives for the better. =More information on World Animal Protection can be found at: http://www.worldanimalprotection.us/
