Jaclyn Willms (who happens to be married to Chef Collin!) is a personal trainer who helps her clients connect back to their body by recalibrating areas that feel out of balance and alignment using posture correct exercises, resistance bands, and body weight exercises.

Jaclyn’s philosophy is to remove anything that may be blocking you from getting the results you want to see to make room for how your body was made to feel - strong, balanced, and alive!

Jaclyn loves guiding, supporting, and bringing out the absolute best in others. Our body doesn’t lie, and it mirrors how we are feeling; this is where Jaclyn comes in to show you that what you want is possible with just a couple small adjustments to your movement and mindset.

Jaclyn specializes in moving the body correctly, not just moving the body, which lead her to create the mvmt47 method.

With 13 years of Personal Training experience working beside chiropractors and various therapists, Jaclyn saw a gap in individuals exercises programs. By bridging this gap, she has helped individuals break through pain and understand how their own body works so they can navigate through the pain and turn it into power.

Jaclyn opened her own Personal Training Studio 7 years ago and over COVID, she started an online platform that people can join her 2x a week LIVE to go over posture, breath work, and strengthening the entire body. She also has a step by step program to guide you from where ever you are not in your fitness journey to have the opportunity to improve at any level. Jaclyn wants to give you a different perspective when it comes to exercise!

During this session, she will discuss breath work, resistance bands, posture tips, and being active in general throughout the day.
