Want to learn how to meal prep for a few days and have your meals planned out? Let's make the week easier for you and your family. I will show you how to make healthy, balanced meals including all the macro nutrients so that all you need to worry about during the day are snacks. Each meal will be plant-based and will be 1-2 servings. We will chat during the class about nutrition, food preferences, ways to cook certain ingredients and more.
