Did you know that your menstrual cycle has four phases? And in each of these phases your hormones are doing something quite different? If you’re at all like me this information might be quite new to you – I didn’t begin to really understand this until well into my adult life because it just isn’t taught in schools and certainly isn’t information given out by most doctors.

Once you get to know the phases of your cycle, you’ll feel more in touch with your body, your moods and your levels of energy. When you get into a rhythm with your cycle, you’ll be able to nourish, balance and energise your body, giving it what it needs to thrive. You’ll understand how to reduce issues with PMS, period pain and symptoms of menopause.

I’m Lisa, an educator, plantbased chef and founder of Sweet Seedling. I’m passionate about plantbased food, the connection between food and our bodies, women’s health and community. I’m holding a series of workshops on plantbased food and women’s health, to give women an opportunity to learn how to plan for optimum hormone health, to create nutritious plantbased dishes, and connect with a community of conscious women.

The aim of this workshop is to give you an overview of the phases of your cycle, help you to understand the plantbased foods that support and balance your hormones in each of these phases, and learn some techniques and recipes for cooking for hormone health. I’ll share my eBook with you, outlining the phases of your cycle and the plantbased foods that support you in each phase. I’ll give you some recipes and tips for stocking your cupboards for hormone health.

The workshop is designed so that

  • you learn something new,
  • you're able to create your own plantbased dishes at home
  • and you connect with other conscious women via an online community.

The workshop will be online and delivered in English.
