Hands-on Whole Food Cooking School starts on Sunday, November 17th. Join us for this hands-on cooking and baking experience.
Classes will include:
December 8th: "VegaWeigh" Truth About What Makes America OBESE.
Phytochemicals, Weight Control
December 15th: "Sugartime?" Why limit sugar intake? Healthy Desserts.
Cost: $7 per class
$10 for the Recipe book.
Materials include: recipe book, handouts, ingredients
(Everything will be provided for your hands-on experience).
