Join us and cook along with Chef Amy, a Seattle-based chef, as she whips up three delicious Gabriel & Gigi approved plant-based dishes.
Join us for the second virtual cooking event to benefit the sanctuary! This event will feature two of our newest porcine residents, Gabriel & Gigi. Gabriel and Gigi were both rescued from situations where they were intended to be raised for human consumption. At the sanctuary, Gabriel and Gigi instantly bonded and have formed a special family together. This class will showcase mouthwatering dishes that are Gabriel and Gigi approved!
Whether you have been vegan for years or are simply looking to try out a few new dishes, we would love for you to join us.
Chef Amy Webster is a Seattle-based vegan chef that hosts culinary events across the country. Chef Amy will be leading the culinary demonstrations of the lentil sausage and super easy rice paper 'pork rinds'. You will also have the opportunity to prepare the Fried Banana Peels (a bacon alternative) along with Chef Amy in the comfort of your home. If you would prefer to watch the whole event and try out the recipes after, that is just fine. :)
We will feature several exclusive fun videos of Gabriel, Gigi, and the other pig residents throughout the event.
Once you register, a shopping list and recipes will be sent prior to the event.
