This meetup is for anyone interested in helping to - save our earth - (climate change) - by - changing - to - EATING - vegan, plant based food. FREE Dinner - *EAT for the Earth* - will be a green salad, white bean soup, raw zucchini pasta with pesto, and eggplant caponata.
Chef Beth Love - "The event is free, and we will gratefully - accept donations - to offset the cost of the meal - and support the work of Eat for the Earth."
Part of the work of - *Eat for the Earth* - is - food booths - at community events where people can try - delicious - vegan plant based food. Volunteers are needed to help prepare food for the booths.
