Station 702 is a “hidden gem” of Kalamazoo’s vegan scene. Chef Brad makes terrific vegan dishes that emphasize whole foods and light/no oil. (Note: the potatoes are fried, but you can substitute English muffins.) Flavors, textures, colors – all beautiful.

Mushrooms, green peppers, onions, spuds, and seasoned tofu. All wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and served with a side of salsa.

Please note: Our tofu scramble is made from crumbled and seasoned tofu with added ‘bacon’ bits. Scramble contains extra firm tofu, black salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, (GF). ‘Bacon’ bits contain extra firm tofu, liquid aminos, pure maple syrup, liquid smoke, smoked paprika (GF).
