Dr. Ron Weiss and his team are delighted to invite you to join them for a February "Health Month" Ethos Primary Care Open House and Potluck!

This month's edition will be in the format of a Q&A discussion with Dr. Ron Weiss followed by a shared whole food plant-based potluck with Dr. Ron Weiss and his Lifestyle Coaches and Staff.

The Q&A will focus on how to protect yourself against the flu epidemic and other viruses – and how you can quickly return to optimal health if you should contract a flu or virus.

From influenza and viruses, to weight loss, to whole food plant-based recipes, to hypertension – it’s an open forum! Please come with questions and bring along a friend or a loved one to join in learning about a whole food plant-based lifestyle with Dr. Ron Weiss!

Potluck Details

We ask that you bring dishes that are strictly whole food plant-based (WFPB) - meaning no meat, dairy, or eggs, and no added salt, oil, or sweeteners. We also avoid all processed foods (white pasta, breads, etc).

If you’re not accustomed to preparing WFPB dishes, fresh fruit or cut veggies are always an excellent choice. Please bring a written list of ingredients to place alongside your dish.

Other items to bring include:
A crockpot or warming plate
Serving utensils
Your recipe

Let's go Zero Waste - We encourage you to bring your own tableware, cups, and utensils, as this will help all of us put less in landfills.

Parking

Please park your car along the driveway on a diagonal starting at the monument between the office and main house. The event will be in the large, white farmhouse.
