Join Animal Rights Florida as we welcome Jon Camp, Vice President, Grassroots, for The Humane League as he gives his Effective Animal Advocacy presentation: 12 tips for maximizing the impact of our activism. Delicious vegan food will be available for purchase at The District.

Using humor and drawing from his 20 years in the animal advocacy movement, Jon's Effective Animal Advocacy presentation gives 12 tips for maximizing the impact of our activism, ranging from effective person-to-person communication to creating change with the largest institutions on Earth. The tips are relevant to all forms of advocacy, so if you're interested in any form of change-making, this talk is for you.

About Jon:
Jon Camp is Vice President, Grassroots, for The Humane League. Throughout 2004 - 2014, Jon traveled throughout North America, leafleting over a million students at over 500 colleges and universities. In 2014, Jon was recognized for his contributions to grassroots animal advocacy by being inducted into the National Animal Rights Hall of Fame. At The Humane League, Jon has managed the grassroots efforts of multiple successful corporate campaigns and ballot initiatives and now spends his time traveling around the country introducing individuals to The Humane League's work and tactics.
