DIRECTIONS: Inner Rail is DIRECTLY BEHIND (east) of the HDR building. 67th Street is the main drag at Aksarben Village. From 67th, turn west onto Frances St. About halfway down the block you'll see a parking garage on the right, probably the closest place to park.

Omaha Forks Over Knives is a lively group celebrating the health benefits of a whole-foods, plant-based, no-oil diet. Each of us is in a different place with foods we do and do not consume; we're not The Food Police. We're here to support and learn from each other.
