Apna Kitchen, formerly Spice Nation, is offering us a totally vegan buffet including vegan tea, dosas, fruit, dessert and much more. The owner is excited to offer this buffet geared to our community. The food was a little spicy in the beginning, but I spoke with the chef and it will now be toned down for us. Please let me know if you have questions or concerns I can pass along because the owner and chef are really trying to please us. The owner said that we can order off the menu anything that you feel is missing and they will bring that dish to the table. You can also let me know prior to the Meetup what dishes you would like on the buffet and I will pass the info onto him so he will include them. Price is now $10.99.
