Don’t worry, you don’t have to wake up before 5 am to start your day on the right track to health and wellness!

In this workshop you'll learn easy, quick daily lifestyle and nutrition habits to create a morning routine in 20 minutes or less that set’s you up for great energy, happiness and health so you can get through your busy day feeling your best! 

Join Kim Ruzycki, Plant Based Nutrition & Healthy Lifestyle Coach and Educator for this workshop. She works with clients to reach their personal health goals through nutrition, mindfulness, self care and simple daily habits for an sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Kim specializes in plant based nutrition and has been eating plant based for over 10 years.
