Looking for healthy, comforting nourishment? Learn to make Whole Food Plant-Based, immune-boosting, delicious, hearty soups and stews.

Want to Expand Your Repertoire of Homemade Soups and Stews?

Here's your opportunity to learn several new recipes with infinite variations! Play along with Rev. Chef Beth Love as she shows you how to make two tasty, healthy soups and stews and you make them at the same time in your own kitchen. Here is the menu:

• Southwestern Tempeh Stew

• Thai Green Curry with Red Lentils and Veggies

Yum, yum! We can taste the bountiful flavors already!

In this interactive, online, "play-along" class, you will learn to make delightfully tasty food that is healthy for your body, environmentally sustainable, and compassionately produced. All dishes created in the class are delicious and nourishing Whole Food Plant-Based, and SOS-Free (free of added salts, oils, and sugars). You will get the menu and ingredient lists in advance of the class so you will be prepared to play along. We will also send you prepping instructions, because getting the two dishes done in the allotted time will require that ingredients be prepped before class.

In This Class, You Will:

  • Learn about Chef Beth's Six Guiding Principles for Fabulous Flavor,
  • View food prep demonstrations by a master chef while receiving coaching for your preparations in your own kitchen,
  • Learn techniques for culinary creativity, ingredient substitutions, and making food taste scrumptious without reliance on added salt, sugar, or fats,
  • Receive recipes for four soups and stews, the two we make in class and two more,
  • Find out about the healing power of whole plant foods,
  • Get inspired,
  • Enjoy connecting in community, and
  • Have a chance to get your questions answered.
