Vegan-Spanish Cooking & Wine Pairing Class
Greetings Foodies & Wine Lovers!
Join me for a delightful afternoon enjoying the beautiful art of Vegan Spanish Cooking & Wine Pairing at the gorgeous FlipJack Ranch, nestled in the magical Santa Cruz Mountains (Bonny Doon). We'll be going on a delicious journey to Valencia, Spain through our culinary adventures together!
In this hands-on cooking class with organic, local, seasonal produce, herbs & ingredients, you'll make a 4-course meal:
A Delectable Appetizer - Smoked Paprika Garbanzo Beans, Preserved Meyer Lemon & Green Olives Tapa
A Delightful Salad – Fennel-Orange Salad with citrus dressing composed of Spanish olive oil, Meyer lemon, orange juice & rind.
A Magnificent Entree - Paella with roasted organic seasonal vegetables, shallots, garlic, artichokes, caper berries, Spanish green olives and Lemon-Saffron Santo Tomas Bomba Rice.
A Decadent Dessert - Fig Pistachio Tart (dairy & egg-free, but not gluten-free), which you'll enjoy with Café Bustelo Dark Roast Coffee.
You'll enjoy your exquisite culinary creations/food arts with McBride Sisters’ delicious wine, the Truvee Red Blend Central Coast 2013, which beautifully complements Spanish Cuisine!
What To Expect:
Great cooking isn't just about recipes, it's also about passion. In my classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment.
Your wonderful experience will include:
• Learning fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking
• Working side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish
• Interacting with classmates and the instructor for a rich learning experience
Class runs for 4 hours and limited to 10 students to ensure the most spectacular experience for all. Since, space is limited, early registration is highly encouraged.
Class fee is $225.00 (nonrefundable) and includes a bottle of Truvee Red Blend Central Coast 2013.

I'll provide an apron & a name badge for each student, a delightful Cherry Plum-Lavender Fizz and delicious vegan appetizers with Romesco spread before the start of class. It’s an experience you’ll savor from beginning to end.
