Vegan-French Cooking & Wine Pairing Class

Greetings Foodies & Wine Lovers!

Join me for a delightful afternoon enjoying the beautiful art of Vegan French Cooking & Wine Pairing at the gorgeous FlipJack Ranch in Bonny Doon, nestled in the magical Santa Cruz Mountains. We'll be going on a delicious journey to Provence, France through our culinary adventures together!

In this delicious and fun hands-on cooking & baking class you'll make a 4-course meal:

Appetizer – Savory Thyme Pate

Salad – Flavorful Butter Lettuce, French Radishes, Capers & Shallot w/ Lemony Tarragon Dijon Dressing.

Entrée – Magnificent Ratatouille w/fresh herbes de Provence, which you will enjoy with locally made rustic baguette.

Dessert - Delightful Pear Lavender Tart w/ crushed pistachios and a touch of fleur de sel (diary-egg-free, but not gluten-free), which you'll enjoy with lavender-infused organic French roast coffee.

You'll enjoy your beautiful culinary creations with a delicious French red wine, the Château La Chèze 2015 Côtes de Bordeaux, which beautifully complements the Provencal Cuisine!

What To Expect:

Great cooking isn't just about recipes, it's also about passion. In my class you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment.

Your wonderful experience will include:

• Learning fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking

• Working side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish

Class runs for 4 hours and limited to 10 students to ensure the most spectacular experience for all. Since, space is limited, early registration is highly encouraged.

Class fee is $225.00 (nonrefundable) and includes a bottle of Château La Chèze 2015 Côtes de Bordeaux.

Plus, all registered students of this class will receive a one-time 10% discount offer on all items available in the Toque Blanche store in downtown Santa Cruz and on their website. Discount code will be provided in the class.
