Vegan-French Cooking & Wine Pairing Class

Greetings Foodies & Wine Lovers!

Join me for a delightful afternoon enjoying the beautiful art of Vegan French Cooking and Wine Pairing at the gorgeous FlipJack Ranch, nestled in the magical Santa Cruz Mountains. We'll be going on a delicious journey to Provence, France through our culinary adventures together!

In this hands-on cooking class you'll make a 4-course meal:

A Delectable Appetizer – White Beans Pate w/ thyme, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Zest & Olive Oil, which you'll enjoy with locally made baguette.

A Delightful Salad – Butter Lettuce, French Radishes, Crushed Green Olives w/ Lemon-Herb Dressing composed of Fresh Meyer Lemon Juice, Tarragon Dijon Mustard & Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

A Magnificent Entrée – Ratatouille w/ Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Eggplant, Orange & Yellow Peppers and Cluster Tomato w/ herbes de Provence, which you will enjoy with locally made baguette.

A Decadent Dessert - Red D'Anjou Pear Lavender Tart (dairy & egg-free, but not gluten-free) with crushed organic pistachios, which you'll enjoy with a decadent lavender-infused organic French roast coffee.

You'll enjoy your exquisite culinary creations with McBride Sisters’ delicious wine, the Truvee Red Blend Central Coast 2013, which beautifully complements the Provencal Cuisine!

What To Expect:

Great cooking isn't just about recipes, it's also about passion. In my classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment.

Your wonderful experience will include:

• Learning fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking

• Working side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish

• Interacting with classmates and the instructor for a rich learning experience

Class runs for 4 hours and limited to 10 students to ensure the most spectacular experience for all. Since, space is limited, early registration is highly encouraged.

Class fee is $225.00 (nonrefundable) and includes a bottle of Truvee Red Blend Central Coast 2013 and a small bag of Provence culinary lavender.
