Event Description
Event hosted by Hampton Roads VegFest.

Hampton Roads VegFest is back for year FOUR! Please join us in 2019 as we celebrate our local plant-based community—Peninsula-style, at Mill Point Park in Hampton! This yearly festival brings together thousands of vegans, vegetarians, and curious omnivores alike to feast on delicious plant-based food, hear from diverse speakers, shop eco-friendly products, and enjoy some of the region’s best entertainers. This year, our featured act is The Deloreans 80's band, and our speaker roster includes hip hop artist Grey, known for his viral "Vegan Thanksgiving" video.

With dozens of 100% vegan food vendors, music, an interactive kids’ zone, healing arts, adoptable animals, a beer garden, exhibitors galore, and so much more, you'll find something you love at Hampton Roads VegFest -- and admission is completely FREE!

Hampton Roads VegFest is proud to be a certified Virginia Green event this year, and as we strive toward zero waste, we welcome speakers Brenden and Carly of the Sustainable Duo to the VegFest stage!

This event is family-friendly, with special activities geared towards our younger compassionate friends. Last year, we had over 5,000 attendees--let's top that this year!

For more information on getting involved or volunteering, please check out our website at http://www.hamptonroadsvegfest.com/ or contact us at [email protected].

Hampton Roads VegFest is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to celebrate plant-based fare and compassionate living and inspire the community of Southeastern Virginia to make kinder, greener, and healthier choices. This year's event is presented by My Vegan Sweet Tooth.
